3. Once an online order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. However, order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or delivery constraints.

4. Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping cost will be 150 taka all over Bangladesh and will be payable before shipment.
2. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on your location and third-party courier services like Pathao.
3. BabyTrendz & Super Shop is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, political disruptions, or courier issues.

5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy applies to both online and physical store purchases:

1. Timeline: In case of online purchase items can be returned only during delivery. For shop purchase items can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of purchase/delivery.
2. Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain baby items (like innerwear, pacifiers, or feeding bottles) cannot be returned once opened.
4. Refunds: Approved refunds for online payments will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.

6. Limitation of Liability

BabyTrendz & Super Shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Parents and guardians are advised to supervise the use of all baby products.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
